Abstract / Full-Text Preparation Guide
- Each participant is limited to one presentation.
- The abstract or full text should clearly include: subject and problem, purpose and importance of the research, methods, data collection techniques, and findings.
- Abstracts must be one page. Full texts must be minimum 3 pages and maximum 4 pages.
- Please use the buttons down of page to download the abstract/full-text template.
- Upload your file to the OpenConf system via the Application-Registration and Submission System button on the menu.
Presentation Durations
- Plenary / Invited Speakers: 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
- Oral Presentations: 15 minutes (including discussion)
- Poster Presentations: Poster session
Poster Preparation Rules
- Poster size must be A1: 59.4 cm (width) × 84.1 cm (height) (1684 × 2384 pixels @ 72 dpi).
- Font size should be readable from a distance of 1 meter.
- Author names should be written under the title. The presenting author must be underlined.
- Poster abstracts and presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
- The best posters will be awarded with certificates and will be exempt from participation fees at the next congress. Awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.
- Posters should be visually clear and easily understandable, especially for participants from both academia and industry.
Certificates
Attendance certificates will be sent by e-mail after the conference.
Journal Information
Papers from the ICSAT Conference will be included in the proceedings and may also be recommended for publication in selected journals.
