All abstract and full texts submissions will be in English.

All oral and poster presentations will be in Turkish, English or Kyrgyz.

Abstract / Full-Text Preparation Guide

  • All papers to be published in the proceedings will be assigned a DOI number. Therefore, all authors in the abstract/full text papers must have an ORCID number.
  • Each participant is limited to 2 oral or 1 poster presentations.
  • Abstracts must be one page. Full texts must be minimum 3 pages.

Presentation Durations

  • Plenary / Invited Speakers: 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
  • Oral Presentations: 15 minutes (including discussion)

Poster Preparation Rules

  • Poster size must be A1: 59.4 cm (width) × 84.1 cm (height) (1684 × 2384 pixels @ 72 dpi).
  • Font size should be readable from a distance of 1 meter.
  • Author names should be written under the title. The presenting author must be underlined.

Certificates

Attendance certificates will be sent by e-mail after the conference.

Journal Information

Papers from the ICSAT Conference will be included in the proceedings and may also be recommended for publication in selected journals:
